The Stoner Family

I finally finished editing the photos for those three little angles I got to spend an afternoon with. Sorry for the over load, but I wanted to make sure that Jessica could see what we got. Hopefully Jess, we can get the weather to work in our favor next time and I will make sure to leave my cuties at home! I hope you like what you see and I can't wait to see you all again soon. Thanks again!!!

Three cuties (sneak peek)

I am a little behind as of tonight, I promise I have a very good excuse (I will blog that on my personal when I get a chance, it is a very, very, funny story) Anyway, I got a call Friday from a very good friend of mine saying that her and her three cute babies were going to be in town for a while that afternoon, could I come meet them and snap some pictures. Well OF COURSE!!! I have been wanting to point my lens at these cute faces for a while now, so I jumped on it. The weather had other ideas and we did not get the sunshine we were hoping for, but we still managed to snatch a few cute pictures. Honestly, I normally spend anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours with a family, especially with three little ones. With it being on a Friday afternoon, I had to drag my two with us. Needless to say they were not as into mommy taking pictures as mommy was. So, I will just say that we had a mini session, it lasted about 45 mins to maybe an hour. It was fun though and I can not wait to get them in front of my camera again very soon. Jess, her is your sneak peek. I can not wait for you to see the rest and thanks again for letting me spend some time with you all, can’t wait to see y’all again soon.

“J” is such a trooper; she is so willing to let me test anything and everything out on her. Nothing is too much and she just goes with the flow. I will have to say that I had the best time in the back alleys of Rome. We found some perfect locations that I will be sure to use again. “J” is such a natural beauty that it is not hard to get good pictures of her.
We changed settings a good bit and in each different location we had success. I am just so happy with the way these turned out and I hope you will be to “J”. I tried out some new/different lighting and color techniques, played around some in photo shop, so I am sure not all of these are going to be what you expect. I really had fun editing these pictures. Thank you so much for you time and willingness “J”. You are such a sweetie to be my…… (For lack of a better word) Ginny pig. I am so looking forward to out next practice session. Thanks again! Sorry for the over- load people!

“K” is a very happy, humorous, fun, and lively three year old. On the day of her session she decided that she would pull out every princess out fit she had. Trying to catch her in the adorable little outfit her momma had decked her out in was quit hard, but we still managed to capture a few good shots. I did not get as many portraits of “k” as I had hoped, however I did catch her just being herself. This session was really more of a tester to see how she would do in the spring when we give it another shot. I just wanted to share a few of our short time together. She was bundles of fun to spend the morning with and I look forward to seeing her again in the spring.

Mother and Son

I do not know how in the world I could have forgotten such a wonderful woman and her handsome son. I guess I just got all excited with the Christmas stuff. Any way, I can throw them in now. I got to spend an entire afternoon with a life long friend and her amazing son. Since none of us can really remember anything before we were five or six, that makes “J” a life long friend. We grew up in the same neighborhood and would walk almost everyday to meet each other. I have such great memories with her. Now that we are all grown up it is wonderful to see what a kind and loving mother she is. Her son “C’ is an amazing kid and reminds me so much of his mom. He was such a trooper. Although it was cold and no boy at any time likes to have their picture taken, he did everything I ask of him, even though all he really wanted to do was explore the new area he was in. The few I was able to catch with out them noticing are my favorites, you can see how much they love one another and how much fun they have together. So, “J” here is you a small peek of what we got and I can not wait for you to see the rest. I hope you enjoy and I look forward to seeing you both again soon.
